SWOT analysis and reflection on the integrated teaching model based on PBL of clinical and scientific research training for academic graduate students
PBL理念下学术型硕士临床与科研交融式教学的SWOT分析与思考

摘要

传统的医学教育常将临床技能培养与科研能力训练割裂，导致医学生难以将科学研究转化为解决临床实际问题的能力。学术型硕士做为医学研究生中的一种，如何在接受科研技能培训开展临床科研的同时，又顺利完成临床实践，相关研究仍在不断探索。本文基于 SWOT模型，通过分析PBL模式下学术型硕士临床思维能力培养的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战，探讨临床与科研交融式教学的应用价值及影响因素。

Abstract

Traditional medical education often faces the problem of separating the clinical skills training from research capacity building, and making it difficult for medical students to transform scientific research into the ability to solve practical clinical problems. As a type of medical postgraduates, how to training the academic graduate students dealing with the challenge of balancing clinical practice with research skills training, related studies are still ongoing. This article is using SWOT analysis to discuss the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and challenges for cultivating clinical thinking ability of academic master's degree students by PBL, and exploring the application value and influencing factors of such integrated teaching model of clinical and scientific research.
