摘要
本文在简要概述英语学习活动观的基础上，将其应用于初中英语德育教学实践中，并从学习理解、应用实践和迁移创新三个方面提出实用科学的实践策略。

Abstract
Based on a brief overview of the English learning activity perspective, this paper applies it to the moral education practice in junior high school English teaching and proposes practical and scientific strategies from three aspects: learning and comprehension, application and practice, and transfer and innovation.
