经济全球化的发展促使我国市场经济不断趋于完善。在此背景下，企业的管理战略和思想也产生了本质的转变，这促使在工商管理领域的人才选拔机制发生彻底转变，注重人才在实践操作能力、综合应用能力和创新思维能力等方面的个体优势。文章对工商管理专业新型应用人才的培养模式进行总结，阐明了如今工商管理专业人才培养出现的关键性问题，探究新时代背景下应用型人才的培养模式。

Abstract

With the development of economic globalization, China's market economy is becoming more and more perfect.
