工商管理专业新型应用型人才培养模式分析

摘要

经济全球化的发展促使我国市场经济不断趋于完善。在此背景下,企业的管理战略和思想也产生了本质的转变,这促使在工商管理领域的人才选拔机制发生彻底转变,注重人才在实践操作能力、综合应用能力和创新思维能力等方面的个体优势。文章对工商管理专业新型应用人才的培养模式进行总结,阐明了如今工商管理专业人才培养出现的关键性问题,探究新时代背景下应用型人才的培养模式。

Abstract

With the development of economic globalization, China's market economy is becoming more and more perfect. In this context, the management strategies and ideas of enterprises have also undergone essential changes, which has prompted a complete change in the talent selection mechanism in the field of business administration, focusing on the individual advantages of talents in practical operation ability, comprehensive application ability and innovative thinking ability. This paper summarizes the training mode of new applied talents in business administration, expounds the key problems in the training of business administration professionals, and explores the training mode of Applied Talents in the new era.
