摘要

军事课是在校大学生的必修课程。是提升学生思想政治素养、弘扬爱国主义精神、传承红色基因的重要平台。进入百年大变局时期，西方反华势力对我国的攻击变得更加疯狂，大学生的培养面临严峻考验。结合军事课建设过程中存在的客观问题与现实挑战，提出按文件规定，规范军事课建设；强化责任意识，抓好思想引领；坚持学生中心地位和做好渗透结合，进而增强学生国防观念和安全意识，为国防和军队建设培养高素质后备人才。

Abstract
