基于OBE理念的实践教学成果评价体系研究——以ERP沙盘为例

摘要

随着社会的进步与发展，人们越来越重视学生在学校完成专业课程学习后，所具有的具体综合能力能否可以胜任进入到企业当中进行工作。企业在进行人员招聘的过程中，知识文化学习成绩要求只是其中的一个方面，所以对于学生的各方面能力水平培训工作就需要提上日程。对于基于OBE理念的实践教学成果评价体系研究问题，也就需要被高等院校更加重视，这是一种强调关于重视具体践行结果为前进方向的教育教学观念，在进行人才培养工作的过程当中，要培养出能够胜任企业运营工作、和能够满足相关工作需要能力水平的人才，通过具体的实践训练课程ERP沙盘对于学生进行模拟工作训练，为具体的工作实习案例，运用不同的设计方法，探讨在OBE理念基础之上的实践教学成果评价体系研究，并且整理相关工作实施过程中出现的问题，并针对其具体问题进行专业的分析，并提出工作方案。需要加强具体工作落实情况，逐渐的强化学校与企业进行仿真工作训练实践的各方面环节内容，从而帮助学生在进行企业工作的模拟实际训练过程中，为日后进入企业工作打下良好的工作基础，帮助学生提升学习能力与进入企业公司工作的适应能力。

In the process of personnel recruitment, the requirement of knowledge and cultural learning performance is only one aspect, so the training of students' ability level in all aspects needs to be put on the agenda. For based on the concept of OBE practice teaching achievement evaluation system of research problems, also will need to be institutions of higher learning pay more attention to, this is a kind of stressed about attaches great importance to the concrete practice of the results for the direction of the education teaching idea, in the process of training of personnel, to cultivate qualified enterprise operations, and can satisfy the working need ability level of talent, Through practice of specific training course of ERP sand table simulation job training for students, for the specific work practice case, using different design methods, discussed on the basis of concept of OBE practice teaching achievement evaluation system research, and organize related work problems arising from the implementation process, and professional analysis, for the specific problem and put forward the work plan. Need to strengthen the specific implementation work, gradually strengthening school and enterprise training simulation work practice link of all aspects of the content, to help students to simulate actual working in enterprise training process, for the future lay a good foundation work into the enterprise, to help students improve learning ability and the ability to adapt work into the enterprise company.
