Scientific management and training of wind band in general colleges and universities

摘要

艺术团是学校实施艺术与素质教育的一支重要力量，在高校校园文化中得到了广泛的关注。管乐队是高校艺术团体中的一支，在学校文化活动和艺术活动中起着举足轻重的作用。如今，管乐队已是一种风靡全球的新潮流。为此，高校应该加大对学校管乐队的管理力度。笔者在管乐团管理与建设中，也遇到了不少问题。本文就这些问题进行探讨，并提出相应的解决办法，希望能为我国高校管乐队的发展作出一点贡献。

Abstract

Art troupe is an important force in the implementation of art and quality education in schools, and has received wide attention in the university campus culture. Wind band is one of the university art groups, which plays an important role in the school cultural activities and art activities. Nowadays, wind bands are a new trend around the world. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen the management of the school management band. The author has also encountered many problems in the management and construction of the wind orchestra. This paper discusses these problems and puts forward corresponding solutions, hoping to make a little contribution to the development of university management band in China.
