Thinking and Exploration of "Platform Department" Clinical Teaching Mode in Domestic Teaching Hospitals
国内教学医院“平台科室”临床教学模式的思考与探索

摘要

现代医学教育由传统的基于结构和过程的传统医学教育模式逐渐向基于胜任力导向的教育模式转变。教学医院的“平台科室”在医疗服务和医院运营管理中的意义重大，但部分“平台科室”介于医院管理与临床医学之间，导致其临床教学存在教学形式和内容的限制与匮乏。如果临床带教模式和创新性不能有效的改善与提升，可能会影响实习医生的临床工作积极性，对临床工作的认知产生偏差，进一步影响其今后的职业发展与规划。本文从临床一线医务人员兼带教老师视角，探索国内实习医生在教学医院“平台科室”临床实习中教学方法，以提高实习医生的临床工作热情、树立正确的行业价值观和正确规划今后的职业生涯。

Abstract

Modern medical education has gradually changed from the traditional mode of medical education based on structure and process to the mode of education based on competency. The "platform departments" of teaching hospitals play an important role in medical services and hospital operation and management, but some of the "platform departments" are between hospital management and clinical medicine, leading to the limitation and lack of teaching form and content in clinical teaching. If the clinical teaching model and innovation can not be effectively improved and promoted, the clinical work enthusiasm of interns may be affected, the cognitive bias of clinical work will be generated, and their future career development and planning will be further affected. From the perspective of clinical front-line medical staff and teachers, this paper explores the teaching methods of clinical practice in "platform departments" of teaching hospitals for the purpose of improving the clinical work enthusiasm of interns, establishing correct industry values and planning their future career correctly.
