紧身装备在运动表现上的研究进展

摘要

紧身装备在21世纪的今天,已经成为运动产品的一大研究热点。近些年来,有关其研究日益增多,主要涉及到生理生化,生物力学,运动医学及材料学等。文章将从不同的运动形式出发,探讨紧身装备对外在运动表现和自身运动疲劳的影响,为竞技体育和大众体育运动产品的研发和创新提供进一步的思路。

关键词: 紧身装备;运动表现;生物力学;运动疲劳

Abstract

In the 21st century, tight-fitting equipment has become a research hotspot of sports products. In recent years, there has been an increasing number of researches on it, mainly involving physiology and biochemistry, biomechanics, sports medicine and materials science. Starting from different sports forms, this article will discuss the impact of tight-fitting equipment on external sports performance and exercise fatigue, and provide further ideas for the development and innovation of competitive sports and mass sports products.
