从肝硬化护理教学谈临床前瞻性主动护理模式

摘要

目的 分析前瞻性主动护理模式在肝硬化护理教学中的实际应用价值。方法 于某医院肝胆外科中选取36例护理实习生作为实验研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分配为两组,即使用常规教学方法的对照组和使用前瞻性主动护理模式的观察组,对比两种不同护理教学模式下的实际效果。结果 在实验后发现,使用前瞻性主动护理模式的观察组,护生理论成绩、操作成绩分别为(96.13±1.88)分、(93.44±1.28)分;反观使用传统带教的对照组,护生成绩分别为(84.57±3.09)分、(82.54±2.33)分,观察组明显更高;同时观察组学生对教学模式的满意度也更高,数据间存在统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论 于护理教学中实施前瞻性主动护理模式可以有效提升护理教学效果。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the practical application value of the prospective active nursing model in the nursing teaching of liver cirrhosis. Method: 36 nursing interns were selected as experimental research objects in hepatobiliary surgery in a hospital, and they were divided into two groups by random number method, namely the control group using conventional teaching methods and the observation group using prospective active nursing model. The actual effect of two different nursing teaching models.
Results: After the experiment, it was found that in the observation group using the prospective active nursing model, the theoretical scores and operational scores of the nursing students were (96.13±1.88) points and (93.44±1.28) points, respectively; in contrast, the control group using traditional teaching, the nursing students The scores of the students were (84.57±3.09) and (82.54±2.33) points, which were significantly higher in the observation group; at the same time, the observation group students were more satisfied with the teaching mode, and there was statistical significance between the data (P<0.05) .
Conclusion  : The implementation of prospective active nursing model in nursing teaching can effectively improve the effect of nursing teaching.
