农村基础教育师资均衡发展背景下师范教育的理念与策略研究

摘要

师资矛盾已经成为新时期农村基础教育均衡发展的核心问题。在这一背景下,进行以“相对均衡发展”为核心理念和策略的改革,是师范教育发展的趋势。本文拟以农村基础教育师资均衡发展与师范教育诸要素的内在逻辑关系,探讨农村基础教育师资不均衡现状下,师范教育发展的应然走向。

Abstract

The contradiction of teachers has become the core issue of the balanced development of rural basic education in the new era. Under this background, the reform with the core concept and strategy of “relatively balanced development” is the trend of the development of teacher education. This paper intends to explore the inherent trend of the development of teacher education under the current situation of the imbalance of teachers in rural basic education with the inherent logical relationship between the balanced development of rural basic education teachers and the elements of teacher education.
