深化双师协同育人完善本科生全程培育体系——北京科技大学本科生导师与班主任协同育人提质增效路径研究

摘要

立德树人是高校的根本任务，作为行业特色鲜明的“双一流”高校，北京科技大学立足冶金、材料等传统优势学科根基，紧扣新时代高等教育高质量发展要求，落实全员全过程全方位育人理念，探索构建具有北科大特色的本科生双师协同育人模式。学校自2018年推行本科生全程导师制，2019年规范班主任岗位管理，逐步形成本科生导师抓专业科研、班主任抓班级学风、辅导员抓日常思政的点线面体协同育人工作格局，在优化学业质量、激发科创活力、提升本科生深造率方面取得显著成效。面对一流大学建设的新要求，学校育人工作仍存在队伍育人能力不均衡、跨岗位育人信息流转不畅、考核激励导向有待持续强化等现实问题。本文立足北京科技大学教育管理实践，从队伍建设、协同机制、数字赋能、考核激励等维度，剖析双师协同育人运行逻辑，梳理学校育人制度建设思路，提出提质增效实践路径，为行业特色“双一流”高校完善本科全程培育体系、培养高素质创新人才提供实践参考。

Abstract

Fostering virtue through education is the fundamental task of universities. As a Double First-Class university with distinctive industrial characteristics, University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB), rooted in its advantageous traditional disciplines of metallurgy and materials and following the high-quality development requirements of higher education in the new era, implements the concept of whole-staff, whole-process and all-round education and explores a collaborative education model featuring both undergraduate tutors and class teachers for undergraduates. Since launching the full-course tutorial system in 2018 and standardizing the management of class teachers in 2019, the university has gradually formed a synergistic pattern in which undergraduate tutors focus on professional and research guidance, class teachers on class climate, and counselors on daily ideological and political education, achieving notable results in optimizing academic quality, stimulating scientific and technological innovation, and raising the further-study rate of undergraduates. Facing the new requirements of world-class university construction, the university still encounters practical problems such as uneven educating capacity of the teams, poor flow of information across posts, and the need to strengthen the orientation of assessment and incentive mechanisms. Based on USTB’s educational management practice, this paper analyzes the operational logic of the collaborative education model from the dimensions of team building, synergy mechanisms, digital empowerment and assessment incentives, sorts out the ideas for improving the education system, and proposes paths for enhancing quality and efficiency, providing practical reference for industry-specific Double First-Class universities to improve the whole-course undergraduate cultivation system and cultivate high-caliber innovative talents.
