Construction and practice of a positive psychology school-based system in secondary schools under the perspective of “Five-Aspect Education”
“五育并举”视域下中学积极心理校本体系构建与实践

摘要

按“五育并举”教育政策，中学生心理健康提倡从干预到激发的调整。本文以积极心理学为出发点，提出“五育融合—积极体验—品质提升—体系推广”的中学积极心理校本方案，将“积极心理”同“五育”加以结合，提出“课程—活动—保障—评价”的操作方法，以教育集团来检验所提体系的实际效果。结论：所涉体系对中学生积极心理有促进作用，所建服务模式可推广至集团各校，对区域范围的心育改革、对中学发展是切实可行的实践例子。

Abstract

According to the “Five-Aspect Education” policy, the promotion of mental health among middle school students is advocated to shift from intervention to motivation. Starting from positive psychology, this paper proposes a school-based positive psychology program for middle schools—“Five-Education Integration—Positive Experience—Quality Enhancement—System Promotion,” which combines “positive psychology” with the “Five-Aspect Education.” It outlines operational methods of “curriculum—activities—support—evaluation” and tests the practical effectiveness of the proposed system through an educational group.
Conclusion  : The involved system promotes positive psychology among middle school students, and the established service model can be extended to schools within the group. It serves as a practical example for regional mental health education reform and the development of secondary schools.
