Development and implementation of a collaborative education model integrating “Job Roles, Courses, Competitions, and Certifications” for the traditional Chinese medicine program in higher vocational education within the context of industry-education integration
产教融合视域下高职中药学专业“岗课赛证”协同育人的模式构建与实践

摘要

高职中药学专业人才培养存在课程内容与岗位需求、技能大赛融合、职业技能等级证书衔接不畅等问题。本文选取江苏护理职业学院中药学专业为例，采用DACUM职业分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法及案例研究法，建构了以“岗课赛证”为核心要素的四位一体人才培养模式。“岗课赛证”协同育人模式以岗位能力分析为出发点，以优化课程体系为核心，以开展职业技能大赛为动力，以职业技能等级证书为依托，形成了“以岗定课、以赛促课、课证融通、四位一体”的运行机制，构建了“岗位群—工作任务—职业能力—课程模块”的重构路径。实践证明，此模式有利于岗位标准、课程标准、竞赛标准以及职业技能等级标准对接，提高了学生的职业能力和就业质量。

Abstract

Talent cultivation in higher vocational Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pharmacy programs faces challenges such as misalignment between course content and job requirements, insufficient integration with skills competitions, and poor coordination with vocational skills certifications. Taking the TCM pharmacy program at Jiangsu College of Nursing as a case study, this study employs the DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) occupational analysis method, questionnaire surveys, interviews, and case study methods to construct a four-in-one talent cultivation model centered on the integration of “Job Positions, Curriculum, Competitions, and Certifications” (Gang-Ke-Sai-Zheng). This collaborative education model takes job competency analysis as the starting point, curriculum system optimization as the core, vocational skills competitions as the driving force, and vocational skills certifications as the benchmark. It establishes an operational mechanism characterized by “job-oriented curriculum design, competition-promoted teaching, curriculum-certification integration, and a four-in-one approach,” forming a restructuring pathway of “job clusters—work tasks—occupational competencies—curriculum modules.” Practical implementation has demonstrated that this model effectively aligns job standards, curriculum standards, competition standards, and vocational skills grading standards, thereby enhancing students’ vocational competencies and improving their employment quality.
