摘要
新时代职业教育明确提出要强化课程思政建设，要把价值引领贯穿人才培养全过程。本文立足新时代职教发展要求，梳理高职化学实验课程思政常态化实施的价值意蕴，剖析其内在实施逻辑，进而从资源建设、教学设计、模式创新三个层面探索推进课程思政常态化落地的具体路径，以期为高职化学类实践课程实现育人与育才相统一提供参考。

Abstract
Vocational education in the new era explicitly emphasizes the need to strengthen curriculum‑based ideological and political education, integrating value guidance throughout the entire talent cultivation process. Based on the development requirements of vocational education in the new era, this paper explores the value implications of the normalized implementation of curriculum‑based ideological and political education in higher vocational chemistry experiment courses, analyzes its intrinsic implementation logic, and further investigates specific pathways to promote its normalized implementation from three dimensions: resource development, instructional design, and model innovation. The aim is to provide a reference for achieving the unity of moral education and talent cultivation in practical chemistry courses at the higher vocational level.
