Research on the construction path of interdisciplinary foreign language discipline in application oriented universities under the background of digital intelligence and New Liberal Arts
数智与新文科视域下应用型本科外语交叉学科建设路径研究

摘要

新文科改革推进叠加“十五五”规划对高校专业布局优化的现实要求，外语学科逐步转向以内涵提升为核心的交叉融合发展模式。随着大语言模型带来行业变革，教育部2026年批复设立语言科学、法律英语、计算语言学三门外语交叉本科专业，原有外国语言文学的学科框架、人才培养目标随之发生改变。不少院校推进外语交叉改革时，容易出现融合流于表面、专业方向同质化，甚至弱化语言本体训练等现实问题，专门适配应用型本科的成套建设方案仍比较稀缺。本文以这三门新设专业作为分析对象，运用文献梳理结合逻辑推演的方式，梳理学科转型背后的现实动因与内在特征，立足应用型本科服务地方产业、侧重实务能力训练的办学定位，从错位定位设计、模块化课程搭建、双师师资引育、区域应用型科研落地四个层面，探讨分层适配的特色建设路径。

Abstract

Promoted by the New Liberal Arts initiative and the 15th Five Year Plan for higher education specialty optimization, foreign language disciplines are shifting toward interdisciplinary integration focused on connotation improvement. Triggered by large language model driven industrial changes, three new undergraduate majors including Language Science, Legal English and Computational Linguistics were approved in 2026, reshaping the disciplinary framework and talent training objectives of Foreign Languages and Literatures. Based on document sorting in local application oriented universities, superficial integration, homogenized specialty layout and weakened linguistic ontology are frequently observed, while targeted systematic solutions remain scarce. Taking the three new majors as research subjects, this paper adopts literature review and logical deduction to explore motivations and intrinsic features of disciplinary transformation. Grounded in local industry oriented and practice centered missions of application oriented universities, stratified construction suggestions are put forward from differentiated positioning, modular curriculum design, dual qualified faculty cultivation and region oriented applied research. This research intends to fill the research gap concerning local universities and provide practical references for peer institutions to cultivate practice oriented compound foreign related talents.
