The impact of 4E teaching combined with Gibbs reflection cycle method on the critical thinking ability of intern nursing students in burn and plastic surgery department
4E教学结合Gibbs反思循环法对烧伤整形科实习护生评判性思维能力的影响

摘要

目的 分析4E教学结合Gibbs反思循环法对烧伤整形科实习护生评判性思维能力的影响。方法 选取2024年1月—2024年12月我院烧伤整形科实习护生80名，按照不同教学方法分为两组，对比传统教学（对照组，n=40）与4E教学结合Gibbs反思循环法（观察组，n=40）的教学效果。结果 观察组评判性思维能力评分、带教方法认可度均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 烧伤整形科实习护生开展4E教学结合Gibbs反思循环法带教，可以培养实习护生评判性思维能力，提高对教学的认可度，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of 4E teaching combined with Gibbs reflection cycle method on the critical thinking ability of nursing students in the burn and plastic surgery department during their internship.
Methods 80 nursing students in the burn and plastic surgery department of our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods. The teaching effects of traditional teaching (control group, n=40) and 4E teaching combined with Gibbs reflection cycle method (observation group, n=40) were compared.
Results The scores of critical thinking ability and the recognition of teaching methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For nursing students in the burn and plastic surgery department, conducting 4E teaching combined with Gibbs reflection cycle method during their internship can cultivate their critical thinking ability and improve their recognition of teaching, and has high application value.
