Research on the practical teaching reform of “Integrated, Staged and On-site” industry-education integration guided by Huang Yanpei’ s vocational education philosophy
黄炎培职业教育理念指导下“一体化、分段式、现场型”产教融合实践教学改革研究

摘要

当前职业院校实践教学仍面临校企合作浅表化、技能训练零散化、学习场景脱离真岗实境等突出问题。破解这些难题，有必要回到中国本土的教育智慧中寻找资源。黄炎培先生所倡导的“手脑并用”“做学合一”“社会化”与“科学化”等主张，为产教融合下的实践教学改革提供了扎实的理论根基。本研究在梳理黄炎培职教思想要旨的基础上，构建了“一体化、分段式、现场型”产教融合实践教学框架。

Abstract

Practical teaching in vocational colleges continues to face problems such as superficial school-enterprise cooperation, fragmented skill training, and learning environments detached from real work situations. To address these issues, it is worth drawing on China’ s indigenous educational wisdom. The core ideas advocated by Huang Yanpei-integrating hands and mind, uniting doing and learning, socialization, and scientization-provide a solid theoretical basis for reforming practice teaching through industry-education integration. This study constructs an “integrated, phased, and on-site” practice teaching model. Grounded in the progressive development of job competence, the model tightly aligns curriculum content with professional standards and teaching processes with production processes.
