Research on the alignment between software testing job competency requirements and course content from the perspective of industry-education integration
产教融合视角下软件测试岗位能力需求与课程内容匹配研究

摘要

软件产业高质量发展持续升级对软件测试人才的岗位能力要求,高校软件测试课程普遍存在内容滞后、学用脱节、能力培养与岗位标准错位等问题。本文立足产教融合视角,梳理软件测试岗位四维能力图谱,剖析当前课程内容与岗位需求的错位成因,从四个维度构建“岗课赛证”融通的岗位能力-课程内容匹配模型,结合院校改革实践验证其有效性。研究表明,以岗位能力为导向的产教融合课程改革,可提升学生工程实践能力与就业适配度,为软件测试专业人才培养提供可复制实践范式。

Abstract

The ongoing advancement towards high-quality development in the software industry has escalated the demands for job competencies among software testing professionals. Nevertheless, prevalent issues persist in university software testing curricula, including outdated content, a disparity between theoretical learning and practical application, and a misalignment between competency development and industry job standards. From the vantage point of industry-education integration, this study delineates a four-dimensional competency framework for software testing roles, examines the underlying causes of the misalignment between existing course content and job requirements, and proposes a competency-course content alignment model that integrates “job roles, curricula, competitions, and certifications” across four dimensions. The model’s efficacy is substantiated through empirical evidence from reform initiatives implemented in higher education institutions. The findings indicate that a curriculum reform grounded in industry-education integration and oriented towards job competencies can significantly enhance students’ engineering practical skills and job market adaptability, thereby offering a replicable and practical paradigm for nurturing software testing professionals.
