A study on the collaborative development path of specialized sports training and academic performance for adolescents under the perspective of sports-education integration
体教融合视域下青少年专项运动训练与学业协同发展路径研究

摘要

体教融合是破解青少年专项运动训练与文化课程学习分离的重要理念。本文采用文献分析与实践归纳法，围绕普通学校青少年体育特长生训学协同问题，梳理专项训练与学业发展的内涵及矛盾表现。研究认为，训学协同的本质在于训练周期性与学业连续性、竞技目标与育人目标之间的协调。基于此，课程统筹需建立训学一体化课表和赛事补偿机制，师资协同应形成周沟通、月研判的多主体联动框架，评价保障则依托成长档案开展过程记录与动态反馈，从而促进运动能力、文化素养和综合素质协调发展。

Abstract

The integration of sports and education is an important concept for addressing the separation between specialized sports training and cultural curriculum learning among adolescents. Using literature analysis and practical induction, this paper focuses on the coordination between training and learning among adolescent sports students in ordinary schools, and examines the connotation and contradictions of specialized sports training and academic development. The study argues that the essence of training-learning coordination lies in balancing the periodic nature of sports training with the continuity of academic learning, as well as coordinating competitive goals with educational goals. On this basis, curriculum coordination should establish an integrated training-learning timetable and a competition-related academic compensation mechanism; teacher-coach collaboration should form a multi-subject linkage framework based on weekly communication and monthly analysis; evaluation support should rely on growth portfolios to conduct process recording and dynamic feedback, thereby promoting the coordinated development of athletic ability, cultural literacy, and comprehensive competence.
