Research on the reform path of physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges under the employment-oriented approach
就业导向下高职院校体育教学改革路径探究

摘要

本研究选用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法，对高职院校中的体育教学改革的路径进行探究。研究显示，目前国内的高职体育教学呈现出教育观念陈旧，职业岗位体能需求被忽视，体育教学内容与职业技能所需相脱节，体育教学资源的分配不均衡，学生对“终身体育”的认知程度较浅，教学方法传统且单一化。研究结论：以职业岗位需求为核心的教学改革是职业教育的具体表现形式。高职院校体育教学改革路径可划分为六个维度：（1）构建“三位一体”的职业化体育教学目标；（2）制定职业化体育教学课程内容与教学评价；（3）改善职业性体育教学模式；（4）强化职业性体育教学课程设置；（5）提高职业性体育教学师资力量；（6）改善职业性体育教学基础设施。

Abstract

This study adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, interview, and mathematical statistics to explore the paths of physical education teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. The findings indicate that the current physical education in domestic higher vocational colleges is characterized by outdated educational concepts, neglect of physical fitness requirements for professional positions, disconnection between teaching content and professional skills, unbalanced allocation of physical education resources, low students' awareness of “lifelong physical education”, and traditional and simplistic teaching methods.
Conclusion  s: Teaching reform centered on the needs of professional positions is a concrete manifestation of vocational education. The paths of physical education teaching reform in higher vocational colleges can be divided into six dimensions:(1) Establish a “three-in-one” professional physical education teaching objective;(2) Formulate professional physical education curriculum content and teaching evaluation;(3) Improve the professional physical education teaching mode;(4) Strengthen the professional physical education curriculum provision;(5) Enhance the professional competence of physical education teachers;(6) Improve the infrastructure for professional physical education.
