摘要

自1992年中韩建交以来,两国在政治、经济、文化等领域的交流日益密切,催生了中国国内对韩语及韩国文化教育的旺盛需求。经过三十余年发展,中国韩语教育已形成覆盖本科、高职高专的多层次培养体系,但也面临人才培养同质化、与就业市场需求脱节、数字化转型滞后等问题。本文通过分析中国韩语教育现状、教学大纲与人才培养方案、师资队伍状况,结合新文科建设和人工智能技术发展的时代背景,探索未来中国韩语、韩国文化教育的发展趋势,以期为学科建设与人才培养改革提供参考。

Abstract

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea in 1992, exchanges between the two countries in political, economic, cultural and other fields have become increasingly close, which has spurred a strong demand for Korean language and culture education in China. After more than three decades of development, Korean language education in China has formed a multi-level training system covering undergraduate programs and higher vocational colleges. However, it also faces problems such as homogenization of talent cultivation, disconnection from job market demands, and lagging digital transformation. By analyzing the current status of Korean language education, teaching syllabi, talent cultivation programs, and faculty conditions in China, and considering the contemporary background of the development of New Liberal Arts and artificial intelligence technology, this paper explores the future development trends of Korean language and culture education in China, aiming to provide references for discipline construction and talent cultivation reform.
