An exploration of the “integration of sports and education” model in youth football training: A case study of Wuhan
足球青训的“体教融合”模式探究——以武汉为例

摘要

武汉市作为全国足球发展重点城市，在足球青训领域积极探索“体教融合”发展路径，形成了具有地方特色的青少年足球人才培养模式。本文以武汉市为研究对象，系统梳理其足球青训“体教融合”的实践探索，包括政策制度设计、赛事体系构建、国际合作引入以及升学通道建设等方面。研究发现，武汉已构建起“校园足球普及—区级青训中心选拔—职业俱乐部精英培养”的立体化青训体系，但仍面临赛事曝光度不足、师资力量参差不齐、激励机制不完善等问题。本文提出加强赛事宣传推广、完善教练裁判培训体系、健全奖励机制、深化国际合作等对策建议，以期为其他城市足球青训发展提供参考。

Abstract

As a key national football development city, Wuhan has actively explored the path of “integration of sports and education” in the field of youth football training, forming a youth football talent cultivation model with local characteristics. Taking Wuhan as the research object, this paper systematically reviews its practical exploration of the “integration of sports and education” in youth football training, including policy and institutional design, competition system construction, international cooperation introduction, and the building of pathways for further education. The study finds that Wuhan has established a three-dimensional youth training system characterized by “popularization of campus football — selection by district-level youth training centers — elite cultivation by professional clubs.” However, it still faces challenges such as insufficient event exposure, uneven quality of coaching staff, and imperfect incentive mechanisms. This paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions, including strengthening event promotion and publicity, improving the training systems for coaches and referees, enhancing incentive mechanisms, and deepening international cooperation, in order to provide a reference for the development of youth football training in other cities.
