A review of research on dynamic evaluation in English teaching
动态评价在英语教学中的研究评述

摘要

动态评价是基于维果茨基的社会文化理论、以“过程取向”和“教学介入与评价融合”为核心的新型评价范式,突破了传统静态评价的局限,在英语教学领域的应用日益广泛。本文系统梳理动态评价的起源与发展脉络,综述其在英语听力、口语、阅读、写作、翻译等教学领域的应用实践,涵盖多样评价模式、实施过程与核心成果;同时分析其在能力提升、动机激发、自主学习能力培养等方面的积极实施效果,以及评价者素质、评价标准、学生参与度、技术支持等关键影响因素。最后总结动态评价的教学价值,展望未来研究方向,为英语教学实践与相关研究提供参考。

Abstract

Dynamic assessment, based on Vygotsky's sociocultural theory and centered on the concepts of “process orientation” and “integration of teaching intervention and assessment”, represents a novel evaluation paradigm that transcends the limitations of traditional static assessment. Its application in the field of English teaching is increasingly widespread. This paper systematically reviews the origin and development of dynamic assessment, summarizes its application practices in English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation teaching, covering diverse assessment models, implementation processes, and core achievements. It also analyzes its positive implementation effects in terms of ability enhancement, motivation stimulation, and the cultivation of autonomous learning ability, as well as key influencing factors such as assessor quality, assessment criteria, student participation, and technical support. Finally, it concludes the teaching value of dynamic assessment and looks forward to future research directions, providing references for English teaching practice and related research.
