眼耳鼻咽喉口腔科实习护生培训中“知-信-行”沟通模式应用的价值分析

摘要

目的 分析“知-信-行”沟通模式在眼耳鼻咽喉口腔科实习护生培训中的应用效果。方法 选择在我院2024年7月-2025年4月于眼耳鼻咽喉口腔科实习的全日制本科护生110名为研究对象,采用随机分组法,比较出科时的理论、操作成绩,以及沟通能力和满意度评分。结果 出科时理论和操作成绩,以及沟通能力、患者满意度评分,实验组均体现优势(P<0.05)。结论 在眼耳鼻咽喉口腔科实习护生培训中应用“知-信-行”沟通模式,可提高护生的理论知识水平、操作技能以及沟通能力。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of the “knowledge-belief-action” communication model in the training of intern nurses in the ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and stomatology departments.
Methods A total of 110 full-time undergraduate nurses who were on internship in the ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and stomatology departments of our hospital from July 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Using the random grouping method, the theoretical and operational scores at the time of discharge, as well as communication ability and satisfaction scores were compared.
Results At the time of discharge, the theoretical and operational scores, as well as communication ability and patient satisfaction scores of the experimental group all demonstrated advantages (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the “knowledge-belief-action” communication model in the training of intern nurses in the ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and stomatology departments can improve the theoretical knowledge level, operational skills, and communication ability of the nurses.
