摘要

新质生产力驱动电商行业向数智化转型，新业态对复合型技术技能人才需求迫切。国家《数字商务三年行动计划（2024-2026年）》《教育强国建设规划纲要（2024-2035年）》等政策，明确高职需深化产教融合、动态调整培养方案。但传统高职电商人才培养存在课程与产业脱节、实践教学薄弱等问题。本文立足政策导向与产业实际，探索培养模式改革路径，为适配新质生产力发展提供实践参考。

Abstract

The new quality productive forces are driving the e-commerce industry toward digital and intelligent transformation, with emerging business models urgently demanding composite technical and skilled talents. National policies, including The Three-Year Action Plan for Digital Commerce (2024–2026) and The Outline of the Education-Power Development Plan (2024–2035), explicitly require higher vocational institutions to deepen the integration of industry and education and dynamically adjust training programs. However, traditional higher vocational e-commerce talent cultivation faces challenges such as curricula being out of sync with industry needs and weak practical teaching. This paper, grounded in policy orientation and industry realities, explores reform pathways for talent development models to provide practical references for adapting to the demands of new quality productive forces.
