A study on the coupling mechanism between talent supply and market demand in higher vocational education under the AIGC background

摘要
在人工智能生成内容(AIGC)技术快速迭代与产业应用深度拓展的背景下,数字经济对高素质技术技能人才的需求呈现出精准化、复合型、动态化特征。高职教育作为技术技能人才供给的核心载体,其人才培养与市场需求的耦合程度直接影响区域产业升级与教育资源配置效率。本文基于广东理工职业学院2019-2023届毕业生就业质量年度报告的一手数据,通过分析毕业生就业结构、行业流向、能力适配度等核心指标,剖析AIGC背景下高职人才供给与市场需求的耦合现状与现存矛盾,构建“需求研判-培养适配-反馈迭代”的三维耦合机制,为高职教育精准对接产业需求、优化人才培养体系提供实践路径与理论参考。

Abstract
Against the backdrop of rapid iteration and in-depth expansion of AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) technology and its industrial applications, the digital economy's demand for highly skilled technical personnel exhibits characteristics of precision, versatility, and dynamism. As the core carrier of technical and skilled personnel supply, the degree of coupling between vocational education and market demand directly impacts regional industrial upgrading and the efficiency of educational resource allocation. This paper, based on first-hand data from the 2019-2023 annual employment quality reports of Guangdong Polytechnic Vocational College, analyzes core indicators such as graduate employment structure, industry flow, and competency matching to dissect the current coupling status and existing contradictions between vocational talent supply and market demand under the AIGC background. It constructs a three-dimensional coupling mechanism of "demand assessment - training adaptation - feedback iteration," providing practical paths and theoretical references for vocational education to accurately align with industry needs and optimize the talent training system.
