思政视角下技师学院学生工匠精神培育路径探究

摘要

随着社会经济的快速发展，技能型人才的重要性日益凸显。技师学院作为技能人才培养的重要基地，其教育成效备受关注。工匠精神作为技能人才的核心素养，对学生的职业发展和个人成长具有深远影响。本文以韶关地区的技师学院为研究样本，从思政教育视角出发，深入剖析工匠精神的内涵，探讨在技师学院中培育学生工匠精神的重要意义及现存问题，并结合韶关本地资源与案例，提出一系列切实可行的培育路径，旨在为技师学院提升人才培养质量、推动学生全面发展提供有益参考。

Abstract

With the rapid development of social economy, the importance of skilled talents has become increasingly prominent. As an important base for cultivating skilled talents, the educational effectiveness of technician colleges has attracted much attention. The craftsman spirit, as the core literacy of skilled talents, has a profound impact on students' career development and personal growth. Taking the technician institute in Shaoguan as the research sample, this paper, from the perspective of ideological and political education, deeply analyzes the connotation of the craftsman spirit, discusses the important significance and existing problems of cultivating students' craftsman spirit in technician colleges, and combines local resources and cases in Shaoguan to put forward a series of practical cultivation paths, aiming to provide useful references for technician colleges to improve the quality of talent cultivation and promote the all-round development of students.
