摘要
本研究以新质生产力视域为切入点,探讨民办高校无人机专业应用型人才培养模式的创新路径。研究旨在推动民办高校适应无人机产业快速发展的需求,构建符合产业技术特征的复合型人才培养体系。论文采用文献分析法、比较研究法与系统思维方法,对无人机专业教育现状、存在问题及其成因进行系统剖析,并结合产教融合与校企协同的实践案例,提出以创新驱动、项目导向和产业协同为核心的教育改革思路。研究结果表明,课程体系更新滞后、实践教学薄弱及师资结构单一是当前的主要障碍。通过校企共建平台、项目驱动教学与跨学科融合,可显著提升学生的工程实践能力与创新意识,实现民办高校无人机专业应用型人才培养的质量提升与结构优化。

Abstract
Taking the perspective of new-quality productive forces as the starting point, this study explores the innovative paths for the training mode of applied talents in the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) major of private colleges and universities. The research aims to promote private colleges and universities to adapt to the needs of the rapid development of the UAV industry and construct a composite talent training system that conforms to the technical characteristics of the industry. By adopting methods of literature analysis, comparative research and systematic thinking, the paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status, existing problems and their causes of UAV professional education. Combined with practical cases of industry-education integration and university-enterprise collaboration, it puts forward the ideas of education reform centered on innovation-driven development, project orientation and industrial collaboration. The research results show that the main obstacles at present include the lagging update of curriculum systems, the weakness of practical teaching and the singularity of faculty structure. Through joint construction of platforms by universities and enterprises, project-driven teaching and interdisciplinary integration, the engineering practice ability and innovative awareness of students can be significantly improved, so as to realize the quality improvement and structural optimization of the training of applied talents in the UAV major of private colleges and universities.
