摘要
基于游戏化理念的高校体育教学改革正在成为提升课堂吸引力和学习效果的重要方向。将运动游戏引入某项运动的教学过程中,不仅能够激发学生的参与热情,还能在团队合作与竞争互动中提升技能掌握的效率。通过游戏化的方式,学生能够在轻松氛围中增强身体素质,培养协作意识和坚韧精神,同时改善传统教学中过于单一的训练模式。教学改革的价值不仅体现在技能水平的提高,更在于学习兴趣的持续激发和终身运动意识的培养。这一探索为高校体育教学提供了新的实践路径,也为体育教育理念的更新与推广积累了经验。

Abstract
The reform of physical education (PE) teaching in higher education institutions based on gamification concepts is emerging as a significant approach to enhancing classroom appeal and learning effectiveness. Introducing sports games into the teaching process of specific sports can not only stimulate students' enthusiasm for participation but also improve the efficiency of skill acquisition through teamwork and competitive interaction. Through gamification, students can enhance their physical fitness, develop cooperation awareness and perseverance in a relaxed atmosphere, while simultaneously improving the overly monotonous training methods characteristic of traditional instruction. The value of this teaching reform lies not only in improved skill levels but also in the sustained stimulation of learning interest and the cultivation of lifelong physical activity awareness. This exploration provides new practical pathways for PE teaching in higher education and accumulates valuable experience for the updating and promotion of PE teaching philosophies.
