摘要
高校思政课大班教学实效性提升是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课题。当前教学面临学生兴趣不足、教学内容泛化、方法单一及实践脱节等困境。为破解这些问题,需从多维度创新路径,通过技术融合、资源协同及方法创新,可显著提升大班教学的参与度与实效性,为培养时代新人提供支撑。本文结合作者自身教学工作实践经历,系统梳理了思政课大班教学存在的问题,探讨了提高大班教学实效性的措施及加强大班教学课堂管理的创新实践。

Abstract
Improving the effectiveness of large-class ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a key issue in fulfilling the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and educating people. Current teaching faces challenges such as lack of student interest, generalized teaching content, monotonous methods, and a disconnect between teaching and practice. To address these issues, innovative approaches from multiple dimensions are needed. Through technological integration, resource collaboration, and innovative methods, large-class teaching can significantly enhance engagement and effectiveness, providing support for cultivating new talent for the modern era. Drawing on the authors' own teaching experience, this article systematically examines the existing issues in large-class ideological and political education, explores measures to improve its effectiveness, and explores innovative practices to strengthen classroom management in large classes.
