基于Nursing-Mini-CEX优化肾内科护理本科实习生教学模式的效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨基于 Nursing-Mini-CEX 的优化教学模式在肾内科护理本科实习生教学中的应用效果。方法 将 2024 年 1 月 - 2025 年 3 月在本院肾内科实习的 60 名护理本科生随机均分。试验组采用基于 Nursing-Mini-CEX 的优化教学模式,对照组实施常规教学。对比两组护生的综合能力、教学质量及满意度等指标。结果 试验组技术操作成绩(95.62±2.17)分、理论知识成绩(97.23±3.04)分,显著高于对照组的(84.03±4.68)分、(89.16±4.19)分(P<0.05);试验组教学质量评分(97.81±1.05)分,高于对照组的(90.37±2.14)分(P<0.05);试验组护生满意度 96.67%,显著高于对照组的 73.33%(P<0.05)。结论 在肾内科护理本科实习生教学中应用基于 Nursing-Mini-CEX 的优化教学模式,可显著提升护生考核成绩与满意度,改善肾内科护理教学质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the optimized teaching mode based on Nursing-Mini-CEX in the teaching of undergraduate nursing interns in the nephrology department.
Methods Sixty undergraduate nursing interns who practiced in the nephrology department of our hospital from January 2024 to March 2025 were randomly and evenly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group adopted the optimized teaching mode based on Nursing-Mini-CEX, while the control group received conventional teaching. The comprehensive ability, teaching quality, and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.
Results The technical operation score of the experimental group was (95.62 ± 2.17) points and the theoretical knowledge score was (97.23 ± 3.04) points, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (84.03 ± 4.68) points and (89.16 ± 4.19) points (P < 0.05); the teaching quality score of the experimental group was (97.81 ± 1.05) points, which was higher than that of the control group (90.37 ± 2.14) points (P < 0.05); the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the optimized teaching mode based on Nursing-Mini-CEX in the teaching of undergraduate nursing interns in the nephrology department can significantly improve the assessment scores and satisfaction of the interns and enhance the teaching quality of nephrology nursing.
