产学研协同育人视角下的高职学生创新创业教育开展实践

摘要

在高质量发展战略引领下,高职教育作为服务区域经济和产业转型的重要力量,正面临创新创业教育系统重构的现实需求。传统以课堂为中心的育人模式已难以满足新技术变革和行业升级对技术技能型人才的复合能力要求。在此背景下,产学研协同育人成为推进高职学生创新创业能力提升的有效路径。通过校企合作、资源共享与项目共建,能够构建多元融合、实践导向的教育生态,为学生提供真实的创业情境与技术支持。本文立足产学研协同育人视角,探讨高职院校在创新创业教育实践中的有效机制与实施策略。

Abstract

Under the guidance of the high-quality development strategy, higher vocational education, as an important force serving regional economy and industrial transformation, is facing the practical need for the reconstruction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system. The traditional classroom-centered education model has been difficult to meet the composite ability requirements of technical and skilled talents for new technological changes and industry upgrades. In this context, industry-university-research collaborative education has become an effective path to promote the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of higher vocational students. Through school-enterprise cooperation, resource sharing and project co-construction, it is possible to build a diversified and practice-oriented education ecology, providing students with real entrepreneurial situations and technical support. Based on the perspective of industry-university-research collaborative education, this paper discusses the effective mechanisms and implementation strategies of higher vocational colleges in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
