摘要

目的 分析在开展老年照护技能培训时,应用O2O混合教学模式对养老护理员自主学习能力的影响。方法 选取100例养老护理员,均于2023年1月至2024年6月在某市登记入学,根据教学模式的不同将其分成两组,对照组与研究组各50例,其中对照组养老护理员选择常规教学模式,而研究组养老护理员则选择020混合教学模式,对两组的教学质量进行分析比较。结果 相比于对照组,研究组的实践成绩、理论成绩均更高(P<0.05)。研究组对自身所采用教学模式的效果评价显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在开展老年照护技能培训时,应用O2O混合教学模式不但能让养老护理员更好掌握和理解养老照护的相关理论知识,提升其实践操作技术水平,而且能让其自主学习能力显著增强。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of applying the O2O hybrid teaching mode on the autonomous learning ability of elderly care workers when conducting elderly care skills training.
Methods One hundred elderly care workers were selected and all registered and enrolled in a certain city from January 2023 to June 2024. They were divided into two groups according to different teaching modes, with 50 cases in each group, namely the control group and the study group. Among them, the elderly care workers in the control group chose the conventional teaching mode, while those in the study group chose the 020 mixed teaching mode. The teaching quality of the two groups was analyzed and compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the practical and theoretical scores of the study group were both higher (P < 0.05). The effect evaluation of the teaching mode adopted by the research group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   When conducting skills training for elderly care, the application of the O2O hybrid teaching model can not only enable elderly care workers to better master and understand the relevant theoretical knowledge of elderly care and improve their practical operation skills, but also significantly enhance their autonomous learning ability.
