课程思政视角下工商管理学科专业课程教学改革研究

摘要

本研究以工商管理学科专业课程的教学改革为研究对象,从课程思政的视角出发,运用实证调查法,选取某高校商学院二、三年级学生作为研究样本,深入探讨了课程思政在工商管理专业课程中的融合现状、影响效应以及教学改革的可能路径。研究结果显示,专业课程中思政内容的融合效果总体上处于中等偏上水平。大多数学生认为,将思政内容融入专业课程能够促进专业知识的学习,并有助于价值观的塑造。然而,研究亦揭示了若干问题:学生对课程思政理念的深度认知不足;思政评价机制尚不完善等系列问题。本研究提出了构建分层次的思政认知培育体系;开发多元化的融合路径;完善评价机制等教改机制。旨在促进专业教育与思政教育的深度融合,为工商管理学科课程思政教学改革提供理论支持与实践指导。

Abstract

The study takes the teaching reform of professional courses in the business administration discipline as its research object. From the perspective of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education, using the empirical survey method, it selects sophomores and juniors from the Business School of a certain university as the research sample to deeply investigate the current status of integration, impact effects, and possible paths of teaching reform for integrating ideological and political education into business administration professional courses. The results show that the integration effect of ideological and political content in professional courses is generally at an above-average level. Most students believe that integrating ideological and political content into professional courses can promote the learning of professional knowledge and help shape values. However, the study also reveals several problems: students have insufficient in-depth understanding of the concept of curriculum ideological and political education, and the ideological and political evaluation mechanism is not yet perfect. This study proposes constructing a hierarchical ideological and political cognition cultivation system, developing diversified integration paths, and improving the evaluation mechanism and other teaching reform mechanisms. It aims to promote the deep integration of professional education and ideological and political education, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the curriculum ideological and political teaching reform in the business administration discipline.
