摘要
学前教育作为教育体系的重要分支,不仅为义务教育与职业教育奠定重要基础,更是推动社会高质量发展的重要力量。然而,当前学前教育人才培养面临诸多挑战,如培养规模不足、培养质量不高、培养结构不合理等。因此,创新学前教育人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量和水平,成为亟待解决的问题。随着时代的发展和经济的进步,蒙古地区的学前教育人才培养现状出现了新的态势。本文结合实地调研与数据分析,探索了内蒙古地区学前教育人才培养的现状,剖析了存在的挑战,提出提高教师质量和培养效率的具体策略,旨在为该地区的学前教育体系注入活力,为相关领域的研究者提供参考。

Abstract
As an important branch of the education system, preschool education not only lays an important foundation for compulsory education and vocational education, but also is an important force to promote high-quality social development. However, the current preschool education talent cultivation faces many challenges, such as insufficient training scale, low training quality, and unreasonable training structure. Therefore, innovating the preschool education talent cultivation model and improving the quality and level of talent cultivation have become urgent issues to be solved. With the development of the times and economic progress, the current status of preschool education talent cultivation in Mongolia has shown a new trend. Combining field research and data analysis, this paper explores the current status of preschool education talent cultivation in Inner Mongolia, analyzes the existing challenges, and proposes specific strategies for high teacher quality and training efficiency, aiming to inject vitality into the preschool education system in the region and provide reference for researchers in related fields.
