摘要
随着科技不断进步和国家战略人才需求不断提升,对高校教师的要求也越来越高。锻造中国“金师”,对教师的教育教学能力有“精于教育规律、精于学术、精于技术、精于教学艺术、精于塑造于育人”的要求。企业兼职教师作为职业教育教师队伍中不可或缺的一部分,在职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设中对于职业院校补充师资短板、优化师资结构、加强实践教学环节都有着积极作用。然而在实际教学运行过程中,企业兼职教师在教育教学能力方面与理想情况相去甚远。本文从职业院校企业兼职教师教育教学能力不足的实际问题出发,针对如何提升其教育教学能力问题进行深入研究,建立职业院校企业兼职教师培养、管理和考评机制,为职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设提供新角度、思路与启发。

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of technology and the increasing demand for national strategic talents, higher education institutions are imposing higher requirements on faculty members. Forging China's "gold-standard teachers" requires proficiency in educational principles, academic expertise, technical skills, pedagogical artistry, and the ability to shape students' character. As an indispensable component of vocational education faculty, part-time industry practitioners play a vital role in developing "dual-qualified teachers" (possessing both academic credentials and industry expertise) by addressing staffing shortages, optimizing faculty structures, and strengthening practical teaching components in vocational colleges. However, during actual teaching implementation, there remains a significant gap between the educational and instructional capabilities of these industry-part-time teachers and ideal expectations. This paper addresses the practical challenges of insufficient educational competence among industry-part-time teachers in vocational institutions, conducts in-depth research on enhancing their teaching capabilities, and establishes cultivation, management, and evaluation mechanisms for these practitioners. The study aims to provide new perspectives, ideas, and inspirations for building high-quality "dual-qualified" teaching teams in vocational education.
