Study on the application of "Task-driven, post class competition certificate" living teaching in the course of TCM Dispensing Technology in higher vocational colleges

摘要
本文提出“岗课赛证”四位一体教学模式在《中药调剂技术》课程中的创新实践,以岗位需求重构课程体系,通过技能竞赛驱动实操训练,融入职业技能证书标准,学以致用,构建"学-练-赛-证"螺旋提升机制。同步实施思政教育渗透策略,将中医药文化传承精髓与工匠无私精神培育融入理论教学全环节,形成“知识传授+价值引领+能力培养”三全育人新格局,有效提升学生职业胜任力和中医药文化自信。从而是同学在校期间在掌握理论知识的同事,与时俱进,感受优秀的传统中医文化,又具备大医精诚精髓,为今后的发展奠定基础。

Abstract
This paper puts forward the innovative practice of "post class competition certificate" four-in-one teaching mode in the course of "TCM Dispensing Technology", reconstructs the curriculum system according to the post needs, drives practical operation training through skill competition, integrates vocational skill certificate standards, puts learning into practice, and builds a spiral promotion mechanism of "learning-practice-competition-certificate". Simultaneously implement the infiltration strategy of ideological and political education, integrate the essence of traditional Chinese medicine culture inheritance and the cultivation of the selfless spirit of artisans into the whole process of theoretical teaching, form a new three-in-one education pattern of "knowledge transfer + value guidance + ability cultivation", and effectively enhance students' professional competence and self-confidence in traditional Chinese medicine culture. In this way, students can master theoretical knowledge during school, keep pace with The Times, feel the excellent traditional Chinese medicine culture, and have the essence of medical honesty, laying the foundation for future development.
