摘要

在全球加速、技术革新飞速发展背景下,传统外语人才难以满足社会发展的需求。新质生产力的兴起重塑了各产业格局,同时对外语人才提出了全新要求。在新文科背景下,本文基于前期工作调查结果,运用多维度分析方法,从培养模式和质量评价两方面剖析当下外语人才的局限,深入且全面地从外语人才培养理念、外语人才培养体系、外语教学方法、师资建设及质量评价体系五方面提出构建融合跨文化交际、专业复合、技术赋能的创新培养模式,探索符合新质生产力发展适配的创新外语人才培养模式,并搭建科学的质量评价体系,旨在提升外语人才满足新质生产力发展的适配度与支撑力。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of global acceleration and the rapid development of technological innovation, traditional foreign language talents can hardly meet the needs of social development. The rise of new-quality productivity has reshaped the patterns of various industries and put forward brand-new requirements for foreign language talents simultaneously. Under the context of the new liberal arts, based on the results of previous work surveys, this paper uses a multi-dimensional analysis method to analyze the limitations of current foreign language talents from two aspects: training models and quality evaluation. It deeply and comprehensively proposes the construction of an innovative training model that integrates cross-cultural communication, professional integration, and technology empowerment from five aspects,the concept of foreign language talent cultivation, the foreign language talent cultivation system, foreign language teaching methods, teaching staff construction, and the quality evaluation system. It explores an innovative foreign language talent cultivation model that is suitable for the development of new-quality productivity and builds a scientific quality evaluation system, aiming to enhance the adaptability and supporting capacity of foreign language talents to meet the development of new-quality productivity.
