高职土木工程专业教学改革的探索与实践

摘要

近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展和城镇化进程的不断推进,土木工程领域对高素质技术技能型人才的需求日益增长。作为培养应用型工程技术人才的重要阵地,高职院校土木工程专业的教学模式和人才培养体系亟需与行业发展需求相适应。然而,传统教学模式中存在的理论与实践脱节、课程设置陈旧、学生综合能力不足等问题,已难以满足新时代对高职教育的要求。因此,本文结合教学实践经验,对高职土木工程专业的教学改革进行探索与分析,旨在为高职教育的发展提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract

In recent years, along with the rapid development of our country's social economy and the advancement of the urbanization process, the demand for high-quality technical skills in the field of civil engineering has grown day by day. As an important position to train applied engineering and technical talents, the teaching mode and personnel training system of civil engineering major in higher vocational colleges need to adapt to the development needs of the industry. However, the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode, such as disconnection between theory and practice, outdated curriculum and insufficient comprehensive ability of students, have been difficult to meet the requirements of higher vocational education in the new era. Therefore, combined with teaching practice experience, this paper explores and analyzes the teaching reform of civil engineering major in higher vocational education, aiming at providing reference for the development of higher vocational education.
