摘要

在现代高职教育不断创新开展的过程中，产教融合作为推动教育与产业深度协同的重要模式，逐渐成为提升高职院校毕业生就业能力的核心途径。高职院校作为培养高技能应用型人才的摇篮，不仅需要满足区域经济发展对技术技能人才的需求，还需应对学生就业竞争力不足、岗位匹配度不高等现实问题。如何在产教融合背景下，科学提升毕业生的就业能力，已成为高职教育改革的关键命题。本文旨在通过剖析当前高职院校毕业生就业能力现状及问题，结合产教融合的理论与实践经验，探索优化毕业生就业能力的有效策略，为高职教育高质量发展提供理论支撑和实践参考。

Abstract

In the process of continuous innovation and development of modern higher vocational education, the integration of production and education, as an important mode to promote the deep coordination between education and industry, has gradually become the core way to improve the employability of graduates in higher vocational colleges. As the cradle of training high-skill applied talents, higher vocational colleges not only need to meet the demand for technical talents in regional economic development, but also need to deal with the practical problems of students' lack of employment competitiveness and low job matching degree. How to improve the employability of graduates scientifically under the background of the integration of industry and education has become the key proposition of higher vocational education reform. This paper aims to explore effective strategies to optimize the employability of graduates by analyzing the current situation and problems of the employability of graduates in higher vocational colleges, combining the theory and practical experience of the integration of production and education, and providing theoretical support and practical reference for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
