Research on the development dilemma and countermeasures of vocational and technical universities in China from the perspective of qualification assessment
合格评估视角下我国职业技术大学发展困境及其应对策略研究

摘要

随着我国经济社会的快速发展,职业技术教育在人才培养和社会服务中扮演着越来越重要的角色,在推动经济转型和产业升级中承担着重要使命。然而,尽管我国职业技术大学在数量和规模上取得了一定进展,面临的体制机制困境、师资力量不足、产教融合不深入等问题仍然制约着其发展。本文旨在结合教育部《本科层次职业学校本科教学工作合格评估指标和基本要求(试行)》,分析职业技术大学在发展过程中遇到的主要困境,并提出相应的对策建议,以期为职业教育改革提供借鉴。

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of our economy and society, vocational and technical education is playing a more and more important role in personnel training and social services, and is undertaking an important mission in promoting economic transformation and industrial upgrading. However, although China's vocational and technical universities have made certain progress in the number and scale, they are still restricted by the difficulties of the system and mechanism, the shortage of teachers, and the lack of in-depth integration of production and education. This paper aims to analyze the main difficulties encountered in the development of vocational colleges and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the Ministry of Education's Qualification Assessment Indicators and Basic Requirements for Undergraduate Teaching in vocational Schools at the undergraduate Level (Trial), in order to provide reference for vocational education reform.
