Research on the collaborative mechanism between university graduate tutors and counselors from the perspective of cultivating virtues and morality in education
立德树人视域下高校研究生导师和辅导员协同育人机制研究

摘要
研究生教育肩负着培养高层次拔尖创新人才的使命,而思想政治工作是研究生教育的重要组成部分。研究生导师和辅导员作为高校研究生教育的两大主体,在研究生智育和德育领域、第一课堂和第二课堂对研究生进行思想教导、学业辅导、心理疏导、行为指导、就业引导。两者同向发力、协同育人可产生“1+1>2”的叠加优势,对于落实立德树人根本任务、提高人才培育质量、促进社会发展具有深远意义。从新时代研究生群体、研究生导师和研究生辅导员角色特征出发,通过梳理当前导师和辅导员协同育人现状,提出构建“明晰工作职责,加强融合管理;搭建沟通平台,形成互动机制;健全考核体系,落实奖惩制度”三位一体的研究生导师和辅导员协同育人实施方案,不断提升研究生培育质量,实现研究生群体的可持续发展。

Abstract
Graduate education bears the mission of nurturing high-caliber innovative talents, with ideological and political education constituting an essential component of it. As the two main bodies of graduate education in universities, graduate tutors and counselors play crucial roles in providing ideological instruction, academic guidance, psychological guidance, behavior guidance and employment guidance through both the first classroom (formal education) and the second classroom (extra-curricular activities). Their collaborative efforts in educating students can create a synergistic advantage where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts (1+1>2), which holds profound significance for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating students with moral integrity, improving the quality of talent cultivation, and promoting social development. Starting from the characteristics of the graduate student group, graduate supervisors, and graduate counselors in the new era, and by reviewing the current status of collaborative education between supervisors and counselors, this paper proposes a trinity implementation plan for collaborative education between graduate supervisors and counselors, which includes: clarifying job responsibilities, strengthening integrated management; building communication platforms, forming interactive mechanisms; improving the evaluation system, and implementing reward and punishment systems. This plan aims to continuously improve the quality of graduate cultivation and achieve sustainable development of the graduate student group.
