摘要
本文尝试对应急语言服务及其相关理论进行梳理,在此基础上将应急语言服务与高校人才培养紧密结合,了解和掌握高校应急外语储备人才培养的现状,探索构建高校应急外语储备人才培养的创新模式。从应急外语服务师资建设策略、应急外语服务意识培养策略、应急外语教学方法策略三个方面为应急外语服务人才培养提供可供借鉴的参考,为扩充应急语言服务人才队伍提供保障。为突发公共事件下的应急管理能力提升提供语言层面的支持,从人才供给侧为应急管理能力提升和应急管理体系健全发展提供智力支持,同时促进高校外语教学改革,也可为“新文科”背景下的外语教学融合发展提供一定的借鉴,在丰富应急语言服务案例研究中拓展和丰富应急语言服务的内涵外延。

Abstract
This article attempts to sort out related theories of emergency language service, on the basis of which integrates emergency language service in university to explore the construction of innovative models for emergency language service teaching in universities. It provides reference for the cultivation of emergency language service talents from three aspects: strategies for cultivating teaching staff to enhance their emergency awareness and teaching methods, so that they can provide guarantee for expanding the emergency language service talent team. All the above methods, if appropriately utilized, will not only provide language support for the improvement of emergency management and ensure a sound development of emergency management system from the talent supply side but promote the reform of foreign language teaching in universities and expand and enrich the connotation and extension of emergency language service cases.
