College english precision instruction and strategies for enhancing teachers' data and intelligence literacy
大学英语精准教学与教师数智素养提升策略

摘要
现代信息技术与大学英语教学的深度融合,尤其是近年来大数据与人工智能的广泛应用,催生了数据驱动的精准教学新模式,从而使数智素养成为大学英语教师的一种核心素养。然而,教师数智素养不足的问题又影响了精准教学的推进。在此背景下,本文提出教师数智素养的四种提升策略:1)强化线上线下融合的教学数据采集能力,以便教师能够全面、准确地获取数据;2)深化教学数据的智能分析能力,提取数据背后的有价值信息,为开展精准教学提供科学依据;3)提升个性化教学能力,精准把握每位学生的学习需求与偏好,设计定制化的教学内容与学习路径,并在教学过程中实现动态调整与优化;4)加强数智伦理素养,包括强化数据保护意识,避免算法偏见和过度依赖技术。

Abstract
The deep integration of modern information technology with college English teaching, particularly the widespread application of big data and artificial intelligence in recent years, has given rise to a new model of data-driven precision teaching. This evolution has positioned digital intelligence literacy as a core competency for college English teachers. However, the lack of digital intelligence literacy among teachers has hindered the advancement of precision teaching. Consequently, this paper proposes four strategies to enhance teachers' digital intelligence literacy: 1) Strengthening the ability to collect teaching data through the integration of online and offline methods, enabling teachers to obtain accurate and comprehensive data; 2) Deepening the capability to intelligently analyze teaching data, extracting valuable information to provide a scientific basis for precision teaching; 3) Enhancing personalized teaching skills, which means accurately identifying each student's learning needs and preferences, designing customized teaching content and learning pathways, and dynamically adjusting and optimizing during the teaching process; 4) Strengthening digital ethics literacy, which means teachers should be mindful to avoid algorithmic bias and over-reliance on technology.
