摘要
当下,数字化的东风正强劲地吹拂着各个领域,吉林省的产教融合发展也迎来了关键转折点。深入探究吉林省产业与教育格局,支柱产业如汽车、医药等蓬勃发展之际,却在人才需求层面暴露出多元且棘手的问题,一方面传统人才难以满足产业升级需求,新技术领域人才缺口巨大;另一方面,高校与职业院校虽星罗棋布,专业设置却与产业实际需求存在错位,人才培养模式也亟待革新。而数字化赋能恰似一场及时雨,它重新整合教育资源,线上课程与虚拟实训让学习突破时空限制,大数据精准把脉产业人才需求,催生校企定制课程。

Abstract
Currently, the digital trend is strongly blowing through various fields, and the integration of industry and education in Jilin Province has also reached a critical turning point. In depth exploration of the industrial and educational landscape in Jilin Province reveals that while pillar industries such as automobiles and pharmaceuticals are flourishing, there are diverse and challenging issues in terms of talent demand. On the one hand, traditional talents are unable to meet the needs of industrial upgrading, and there is a huge talent gap in the field of new technologies; On the other hand, although universities and vocational colleges are scattered, there is a mismatch between the professional settings and the actual needs of the industry, and the talent training mode also urgently needs to be reformed. And digital empowerment is like a timely rain, it re integrates educational resources, online courses and virtual training allow learning to break through the limitations of time and space, big data accurately monitors the demand for industry talents, and stimulates customized courses for schools and enterprises.
