Innovation on Personnel-cultivating Mode and Curriculum System of Electric Automation for the Vocational Colleges
高职院校电气类专业三位一体人才培养模式研究

摘要
在智能技术逐步应用的新形势下,如何培养出适应新形势发展的电气类技术技能人才是高职院校的新的课题。围绕这一培养目标,我校电气类专业逐渐探索出结合电工技能考核的分阶段三位一体人才培养模式,开创出“小班化+导师制”分专业方向小班重组技术技能人才培养模式,并且制定了该模式下的人才培养课程体系。本文从多个方面详细论证了该模式的科学性与有效性。经实践表明,该模式适合当前新形势下技术技能型人才的培养要求,具有较好的借鉴意义。

Abstract
How to cultivate the high-skilled, the high-quality and the complex professional talents in the new industrial environment of the economic restructuring and the upgrading industrial chain is becoming urgent to solve in vocational education. Around this goal, our department gradually explored the four-in-one personnel training mode, which is based on the small class and the tutor, then it developed the curriculum framework and the training planning. This paper would argue it properly from the knowledge, skills, quality, and the innovation potential gradient of the personnel-cultivating system. The student-training results demonstrated the mode is rational. Education results shows that the mode adapted have a certain reality and the reference.
