摘要
随着信息化时代的发展,电子产品已经成为大学生学习英语的重要工具,许多学校开始通过手机应用程序(App)或者一些社交软件的小程序给学生发布学习信息以及安排学习任务。本文旨在探索手机App程序对大学生英语学习的心理影响。本研究通过了混合研究的方式,调查了来自中国内地和中国香港的大学生有关于通过手机App学习英语的心理情况变化。研究结果发现,大学生通过手机进行学习会改变他们的心理状态,这包括了学习动机、学习自信心、学习心态等的变化。研究结果可以为英语教学,尤其是通过手机等电子设备学习提供意见和建议。

Abstract
As the information age continues to develop, the use of electronic devices has become an important tool for university students to learn English. Many schools have begun to use mobile apps or mini programs on social media platforms to distribute learning information and assign learning tasks to their student body. This article aims to explore the psychological impact of mobile app programs on university students' English learning. Through a mixed-methods approach, this study investigated the psychological changes of university students from mainland China and Hong Kong when learning English through mobile apps. The results of the study show that learning through mobile devices can change the psychological state of university students, including changes in learning motivation, confidence, and mindset. The findings of this study provide insights and suggestions for English language teaching, especially for learning through electronic devices such as mobile phones.
