盘活四方资源,依托课题研究,赋能名师工作室内涵发展——以罗斌名师工作室实践研究为例

摘要

名师工作室是孵化名师的重要基地。近年来随着名师工作室的发展,其在推动基础教育课程改革、构建学科专业共同体、促进区域教育发展和优质教育资源共享等方面的作用正在被逐渐挖掘。名师工作室的建设关乎着教育行政部门、区域学校、工作室主持人、工作室成员等多方利益,如何盘活这些资源,实现利益共享。本文拟从工作室发展模式研究、区域综合实践学科常态实施现状及问题、解决策略,用多赢的视角谋划四方融合共生,用坚实的行动推进工作室涵发展。

Abstract

The famous teacher studio is an important base for incubating famous teachers. In recent years, with the development of famous teacher studios, its role in promoting the reform of basic education curriculum, building a community of disciplines and professions, promoting the development of regional education and sharing high-quality educational resources is gradually being tapped. The construction of the famous teacher studio is related to the interests of education administrative departments, regional schools, studio hosts, studio members, etc. How to revitalize these resources and realize benefit sharing. This article intends to plan the integration and symbiosis of the four parties from the perspective of multi-win, and use solid actions to promote the development of the studio from the research on the development model of the studio, the status quo of the normal implementation of regional comprehensive practice disciplines, problems and solutions.
