摘要

社会的发展在很大程度上推动了电子行业的发展，故而对人才的需求质量和数量提出了更高要求。中职院校是培养电子电工专业人才的重要场所，需要紧随时代发展脚步，发挥自身在人才培养方面的重要价值，争取培养出更多社会所需的应用型技术人才。当前中职院校受传统教育教学思想的束缚，采用的教学模式相对保守和陈旧，难以培养出高水准、高质量的人才，这就需要结合专业的建设需要和学生的发展需要来创新电子电工专业教学，促进人才培养水平的提升。
