摘要

在高校的党建工作开展以及理论研究中如何发挥好大学生党员先锋模范作用、推进大学生党建工作发展始终都是一个重要课题。新时代的多元文化使得这一课题具备了新的内涵，同时也对大学生党建工作开展提出了新的要求。在多元文化背景下探讨如何构建能充分发挥大学生党员先锋模范作用的长效机制，如何才能实现高校教育培训模式的创新已经成为当今高校党建工作开展的一个重要环节。本文主要对新时期下大学生党员先锋模范作用机制的构建进行探讨。

Abstract

How to play the vanguard and exemplary role of college students' party members and promote the development of college students' party building work has always been an important topic in the development of party building work and theoretical research in colleges and universities. The multiculturalism of the new era makes this topic have a new connotation, and it also puts forward new requirements for the party building work of college students. In the context of multiculturalism, how to build a long-term mechanism that can give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of college party members, and how to realize the innovation of college education and training mode has become an important link in the development of party building in colleges and universities today. This paper mainly discusses the construction of the vanguard and exemplary role mechanism of college students' party members in the new era.
